Does AHK-Cu help with hair loss?

How long before I see results from AHK-Cu?

Hair growth is slow. Most people using scalp treatments commit to 3-6 months of consistent daily use before evaluating results. Earlier signs may include reduced shedding or improved scalp feel, with visible density changes taking longer.

Can I use AHK-Cu with minoxidil?

There is no known contraindication between topical copper peptides and minoxidil. Some people use both as part of their scalp care routine. If you are using prescription treatments for hair, consult your healthcare provider before adding new products. Apply at different times of day if using both.

AHK-Cu works through different mechanisms: supporting dermal papilla cells, influencing hair follicle cycling and promoting scalp blood flow via VEGF stimulation. Some people use both. What AHK-Cu offers that minoxidil does not is broader scalp health support and no dependency concern — hair does not shed if you stop. If you have diagnosed androgenetic alopecia, speak to a GP or dermatologist. For general thinning or scalp health, AHK-Cu is worth a consistent three to six month trial.
