Refund and Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Change of mind returns
We do not allow returns or exchanges for change of mind on skincare products or supplements.
Zazen water filter systems have a 90 day no questions asked return policy (90 days from date of purchase). Before returning your water filter system, you must:
- Contact us by phone or email CONTACT US
- You will be required to return the water filter system to Zazen at your own expense
- Your water filter system must be in a reasonable condition upon return, as determined by Zazen.
- Once Zazen have received and approved your return, we will issue a full refund via the method of payment that was used to purchase your Zazen water filter system.
Damaged item returns
If any items are damaged upon receipt you will be eligible to return for an exchange of the same or equivalent product OR a full refund (including skincare and supplements).
You must contact us with details before returning a product.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
