A pure, anhydrous mineral sunscreen formulated for daily protection. No chemical UV filters, no nano particles, no endocrine disruptors. Just effective, low-tox sun care that doubles as a nourishing moisturiser.

What it is

A balm-style mineral sunscreen built on a base of olive squalane, organic jojoba oil and local beeswax. We use a special form of micronised zinc oxide that has been coated with jojoba esters – this helps the zinc spread more evenly across the skin, offering better coverage and virtually eliminating the white cast that mineral sunscreens are notorious for.

Formulated by an Australian Naturopath and Nutritionist for use on her own skin and her family's. Pure, natural and effective.

Zinc Oxide (Jojoba Ester Coated) 15% — Broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection without nano particles or chemical filters

Olive Squalane — Lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturisation that mimics skin's natural sebum

Organic Jojoba Oil — Nourishing oil with natural affinity for skin

Local Beeswax — Creates a protective barrier; sourced from Noosa Hinterland chemical-free beekeepers

Jojoba Esters-70 — Improves spreadability and helps stabilise the zinc dispersion

Silica Microspheres — Reduces oiliness and improves skin feel without compromising protection

Vitamin E — Antioxidant protection

How to use

Apply generously to face and body before sun exposure. The balm texture warms and melts on contact with skin – use fingertips to spread evenly. Reapply after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

A note on scent

No fragrance has been added to this product. The clean, earthy aroma comes from our local beeswax, sourced from chemical-free beekeepers. It's subtle and dissipates after application.

Storage

Store at room temperature. No preservatives required – this is a completely anhydrous (water-free) formulation.

The honest note

SPF15+ provides moderate daily protection for incidental sun exposure – commuting, errands, time spent mostly indoors. For extended outdoor activity, beach days or high UV conditions, you'll want a higher SPF and more frequent reapplication. This sunscreen is designed for everyday life under Australian sun, not a day at Noosa Main Beach.
